You have to discipline yourself, that’s for sure but you don’t have a boss to tell you what to do, a dress code to follow or time to clock in and out.

Because your office is in your home, you can deduct start up costs, a portion of your rent or house payment, your computer, any supplies, business telephone and electric bill. - Increasing your chance for success. When you are working from home, you can focus on your time to really put together multiple streams of income. When you get a business going, you can start another home business using the experience that you've gained from creating the first stream of income with a shorter learning curve.
